Gymnastics - TRYOUTS (Spring 2026)
Golden Knight Gymnastics is having open tryouts to join our competitive team and pre-teams. Anyone interested in joining or continuing in our program must attend.
GYMNASTICS REQUIREMENTS:
- Hair must be pulled back into a pony and out of eyes.
- Gymnasts may wear form-fitted shorts over a leotard.
- No baggy clothing. Shirts need to be tucked in.
- NO skirts, socks or jewelry. Skirts attached to leotards are not allowed.
- Sports bras with shorts ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GYMNASTICS ROOM (spectators or gymnasts)! Sealable water bottles are permitted.
Gymnastics classes are held in the Gymnastics Room at Middle School East, 4862 Naber Ave. NE, St Michael, MN 55376
