Gymnastics - Beginner (Girls ages 6 + or coach referral)

Gymnasts will begin to learn fundamental skills of gymnastics. 

GYMNASTICS REQUIREMENTS:

• Hair must be pulled back into a pony and out of eyes.
• Gymnasts may wear form-fitted shorts over a leotard.
• No baggy clothing. Shirts need to be tucked in.
• NO skirts, socks or jewelry. No skirts attached to leotard. 
• Sports bras with shorts ARE NOT ALLOWED.

NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GYMNASTICS ROOM (gymnasts and spectators)! Water bottles that are sealable are permitted.

Gymnastics classes are held in the Gymnastics Room at Middle School East, 4862 Naber Ave. NE, St Michael, MN 55376
