Gymnastics - Golden Knights Competitive Team (Coach Invite Only - Summer 2026)

This class has a 3 day and a 4 day registration option. If selecting the 3 day option, the gymnastics coaches will get in contact with you regarding which days of the week you plan on attending. The days you select will be the same each week, you cannot adjust them throughout the class. 

GYMNASTICS REQUIREMENTS:

• Hair must be pulled back into a pony and out of eyes.
• Gymnasts may wear form-fitted shorts over a leotard.
• No baggy clothing. Shirts need to be tucked in.
• NO skirts, socks or jewelry. Skirts attached to leotards are not allowed. 
• Sports bras with shorts ARE NOT ALLOWED.

NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GYMNASTICS ROOM (spectators or gymnasts)! Sealable water bottles are permitted.

Gymnastics classes are held in the Gymnastics Room at Middle School East, 4862 Naber Ave. NE, St Michael, MN 55376
