Gymnastics - Golden Knights Pre Team (Coach Invite Only - Summer 2026)

This class is a yearlong commitment with practices two days a week. It is designed and focused on preparation for competitive gymnastics with an opportunity to participate in two meets. Re-evaluation is necessary if there is a break in the session. 

GYMNASTICS REQUIREMENTS:

• Hair must be pulled back into a pony and out of eyes.
• Gymnasts may wear form-fitted shorts over a leotard.
• No baggy clothing. Shirts need to be tucked in.
• NO skirts, socks or jewelry. Skirts attached to leotards are not allowed. 
• Sports bras with shorts are not allowed.

NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GYMNASTICS ROOM (spectators and gymnasts)! Sealable water bottles are permitted.

Gymnastics classes are held in the Gymnastics Room at Middle School East, 4862 Naber Ave. NE, St Michael, MN 55376
