Girls Lacrosse Camp

Hi, my name is Molly Ruhland, and I am the varsity assistant lacrosse coach for the STMA girls' team. I have a passion for lacrosse and coaching. As a collegiate player, I learned discipline, teamwork, and resilience while learning how to compete with intensity. My transition into coaching deepened my appreciation for the sport in new ways. Coaching has allowed me to mentor athletes, help them build confidence, and guide them in developing both fundamental skills and a love for the game. I believe that coaching goes beyond teaching strategy; it’s about helping young athletes grow as teammates, leaders, and individuals.
