360 Sports: Competitive Edge Lacrosse
This coed lacrosse camp will provide a dynamic and intensive experience for young athletes. The program focuses on enhancing lacrosse skills within a fun, learning-focused environment. Participants will work with a professional speed and strength coach to develop elite athletic movement patterns. Experienced lacrosse coaches will cover essential techniques, including cradling, catching, passing, shooting, dodging, ground balls, and defensive strategies. Daily sessions will conclude with small-sided games (1v1, 2v2, 3v3) and then transition into 5v5 games.
*Players must have at least 1 year of association or club experience to participate.
When registering, register your student based off their most recently completed 2025/2026 grade.
