Gymnastics - Fall High School Off Season
Gymnastics - High School Off Season (Fall 2026)
Available to any incoming gymnast who plans on joining the High School Team in the Winter and any returning High School Team gymnast.
GYMNASTICS REQUIREMENTS:
- Hair must be pulled back into a pony and out of eyes.
- Gymnasts may wear form-fitted shorts over a leotard.
- No baggy clothing. Shirts need to be tucked in.
- NO skirts, socks or jewelry.
- Sports bras with shorts ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GYMNASTICS ROOM! Water bottles are permitted.
Gymnastics classes are held in the Gymnastics Room at Middle School East, 4862 Naber Ave. NE, St Michael, MN 55376
