360 Sports: Competitive Edge Lacrosse
This co-ed program consists of non-contact training focusing on fundamental skills: athletic performance, stick work, catching, throwing, dodging, ground balls, defensive techniques, and games. Equipment provided (personal sticks welcome). Led by experienced coaches to enhance strategy and confidence in a learning-focused, fun environment using a softer ball.
