Cranberry Chemistry
Put on your lab coat (or your apron) and join us for a delicious exploration of food science. In this workshop, we're moving beyond the recipe to understand the chemical reactions that make our favorite holiday treats possible. We will start by making a homemade cranberry reduction from scratch. Once everything cools, we will assemble our masterpieces by filling thumbprint shortbread cookies. Lots of learning activities are planned along with a FULL LUNCH WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED while things are cooling.
