Wild & Wonderful: A Nature Art Series
Students will create a collection of wild and wonderful nature art including a bold harvest sunflower drawing, a glowing neon platypus and baby, a vibrant butterfly, and a whimsical mouse on a toadstool mushroom. Along the way, artists will experiment with exciting materials like neon liquid watercolor, tempera sticks, markers, and Model Magic to bring their creations to life. Each class is packed with creativity, color, and fun!

Lisa Van Wyk, a passionate art educator for over 19 years, is the owner of Art Innovators & KidzArt. These enrichment programs are Lisa's way of fostering the creative spark in minds of all ages.
With a B.A. in Fine Arts from Hamline University and a M.A. in Art Education from the University of Minnesota, Lisa brings a strong foundation in artistic practice and pedagogy to her teaching. But for Lisa, art is more than just technique. It's about embracing the freedom to explore, to take risks, and to trust your own creative vision.
