Dash Sports: NFL Flag Football CampFootballDASH Sports officially licensed NFL flag football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. During registration, each player has the option to purchase an official NFL Flag Jersey and flag belts to keep ($30 additional). Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes/cleats, and mouthguards are optional). All other equipment is provided.Summer 2026 -
Football (Fall)FootballCommunity Education and STMA Football are co-sponsoring two different fall tackle football programs. The goal of both programs is to provide a positive experience for students as they develop football skills, knowledge & sportsmanship. Parents and Players will have a choice between ‘Community Ed’ and ‘Travel’ Football. For more information on the differences between In-House and Travel Football, please visit www.stmafootball.com When registering for fall football, register based off of the grade your student will be in for the 2026/2027 school year. In order to keep teams as balanced as possible, there will be NO buddy/team/coach/ride requests for 4th-6th grade outside of siblings and coach's kids. All practices and games will take place at the same time and the same location so players can ride together even if they play on different teams. Teams are created based on multiple metrics but primarily age, height, and weight, with other factors being taken into consideration a well. Registration closes July 26th at 11:59pm. Reach out to Ben McNaboe for any registration related questions (E: benjaminmc@mystma.org) Community Ed Football Students who are incoming 2nd and 3rd graders will be playing flag football. 217F1 - 2nd Grade 217F2 - 3rd Grade Students who are incoming 4th graders will play a modified game of flag and tackle football using Tacklebar equipment. For more information on Tacklebar go to tacklebar.com. 217F3 - 4th Grade Students who are incoming 5th and 6th graders will play tackle football. 217F4 - 5th Grade 217F5 - 6th Grade Coaches Volunteer adult coaches are needed! Please sign up when you register your child. All volunteer coaches must be able to pass a district background check if you do not already have one. 4th-6th grade coaches will also have to complete online concussion training before the beginning of the season. Coaches will receive STMA football gear and have the opportunity to attend coaching clinics put on by the STMA Varsity Football staff. Playbooks and coaching resources will be provided. Coaches Meeting Date: Tuesday, Aug 4th, 6:45 PM @ STMA High School (Room TBD) Equipment 2nd/3rd graders will receive a NFL Flag jersey to keep. 4th-6th graders receive a jersey, shoulder pads, helmet, pants, & mouth guard. 4th graders must return their jersey. 5th & 6th graders get to keep their jersey. All pads must be turned in by the equipment turn in date at the end of the season. Failure to do so will lead to a charge and a registration hold on your account until that charge is paid. Parent/Player Information and Equipment Handout Night 2nd/3rd Grade: Monday, Aug 10th, 7:00 PM @ Middle School East 4th Grade: Monday, Aug 10th, 6:30 PM @ Middle School East 5th/6th Grade: Monday, Aug 10th, 6:00 PM @ Middle School East If your player is unable to make it to equipment handout, please arrive at 5:30 on the 1st day of practice to be fitted with equipment and receive a schedule. Schedule The season schedule gets finalized and sent out closer to the season start date. Expect 1-2 evening practices each week with games on Saturday mornings. STMA 7v7 Football CampFootballThe 7v7 Football Camp is open to students of all skill levels who just completed grades 8-11 in the 2025/2026 school year. The STMA coaching staff will teach and install offensive and defensive concepts of football in preparation for the upcoming season. Register using the grade your student completed during the 2025/2026 school year (8th-11th grade). The schedule for the camps may adjust slightly throughout the weeks. Coach Essler will communicate specific information (start times, film locations, weekly schedule, etc) on a weekly basis via the Remind App. If you are not already on the Remind App list, be sure to reach out to Coach Essler for information on signing up for the Remind App updates before summer (E: jarede@mystma.org). 8th-11th Grade 7v7 Camp (333U4) This offensive and defensive skill position focused camp is open to any student who recently completed grades 8-11 and wants to learn more about playing the positions. Led by STMA varsity football coaches, students will get high level instruction and the opportunity to learn and compete in a fun football setting. Camp will involve film/classroom time as well as on-field instruction. Students should wear cleats, athletic clothing, and bring a water bottle. Led by STMA varsity football coaches, students will get high level instruction and the opportunity to learn and compete in a fun football setting. 6th-8th grade Hogs Camps will be non-padded, all outdoor, two hour field sessions. No equipment will be check out for this section. Students should wear clears, athletic clothing, and bring a water bottle. Camp will take place at the High School Stadium from 6:00-8:00 pm. 9th-11th Grade Hogs Camp (333U3) This offensive and defensive line focused football camp is open to any student who recently completed grades 9-11 and wants to play OL/DL in the upcoming season. Led by STMA varsity football coaches, students will get high level instruction and the opportunity to learn and compete in a fun football setting. 9th-11th grade Hogs Camps will begin each day with 45 minutes of classroom time followed by two hours of padded, on-field instruction. Equipment will be checked out before the first session. Students should wear clears, athletic clothing, and bring a water bottle. STMA Youth Football CampFootballThe STMA Youth Football Camp is open to all students who will be entering 3rd-6th grade in the 2026/2027 school year. Coach Essler and varsity players will teach basic offensive and defensive football concepts and fundamentals. Players will be divided into groups based on grade. Football equipment will not be needed or issued. Football cleats are recommended, but basketball/tennis shoes will work. Participants will receive an STMA themed youth football.
