Class runs June 8th - August 6th with no class the week of July 6th - 10th (MSHSL Blackout Week). Master Sprint Mechanics: Drills designed to improve starts, acceleration, top-end speed, and deceleration. Track Your Progress: Weekly sprint times measured with cutting-edge laser timing systems. Agility and Movement Skills: Build quickness and sharp directional changes through proven techniques. Strength and Power Development: Learn safe, functional lifting techniques that build the foundation for athletic success.
