Casey understands fitness goals can be hard to reach on your own, so she will be there to encourage and support you with enjoyable, challenging exercise plans. Her mission is to help people live strong, healthy, confident, and happy lives. Upon purchasing training sessions, all participants receive a complimentary 25-minute assessment. Choose from 25 or 50-minute sessions. Casey will reach out to schedule your sessions once they're purchased. All sessions will take place at the STMA Activity Center, Located at the STMA High School.
