Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced. Players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage the final day. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced. Fun, skill-based games will be played to practice newly learned skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes (cleats are optional). Footballs and flag belts are provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3 year old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.Fall 2026 -
Dome Flag Football CampFootballJoin our Dome Flag Football Camp designed for athletes of all skill levels! Whether you're new to the game or a seasoned football enthusiast, our league offers a fun and competitive environment for everyone. Participants will enjoy: Skill Development: Enhance your football skills with focused coaching sessions and drills led by STMA high school football coaches and players. Games: Experience the fun of team dynamics, strategy development, and collaborative play through several individual and team station games. Competition: Players will be randomly assigned teams each day where they will compete against others. All players will play QB and receiver. Fun in the Dome: Athletes will get to play football on the varsity turf with the dome all to themselves! Our camp will have two different levels of grades 3-5 and grades 6-8. All campers will receive an STMA Youth Flag Football shirt. This class fills up fast and spots are limited, register soon to secure your spot! Football (Fall)FootballCommunity Education and STMA Football are co-sponsoring two different fall tackle football programs. The goal of both programs is to provide a positive experience for students as they develop football skills, knowledge & sportsmanship. Parents and Players will have a choice between ‘Community Ed’ and ‘Travel’ Football. For more information on the differences between In-House and Travel Football, please visit www.stmafootball.com When registering for fall football, register based off of the grade your student will be in for the 2026/2027 school year. In order to keep teams as balanced as possible, there will be NO buddy/team/coach/ride requests for 4th-6th grade outside of siblings and coach's kids. All practices and games will take place at the same time and the same location so players can ride together even if they play on different teams. Teams are created based on multiple metrics but primarily age, height, and weight, with other factors being taken into consideration a well. Registration closes August 3rd at 12:00pm. Registration fees are non-refundable after registration closes. Reach out to Ben McNaboe for any registration related questions (E: benjaminmc@mystma.org) Community Ed Football Students who are incoming 2nd and 3rd graders will be playing flag football. 217F1 - 2nd Grade 217F2 - 3rd Grade Students who are incoming 4th graders will play a modified game of flag and tackle football using Tacklebar equipment. For more information on Tacklebar go to tacklebar.com. 217F3 - 4th Grade Students who are incoming 5th and 6th graders will play tackle football. 217F4 - 5th Grade 217F5 - 6th Grade Coaches Volunteer adult coaches are needed! Please sign up when you register your child. All volunteer coaches must be able to pass a district background check if you do not already have one. 4th-6th grade coaches will also have to complete online concussion training before the beginning of the season. Coaches will receive STMA football gear and have the opportunity to attend coaching clinics put on by the STMA Varsity Football staff. Playbooks and coaching resources will be provided. Experience not necessary! Coaches Meeting Date: Tuesday, Aug 4th, 6:45 PM @ STMA High School (Room TBD). This will take place immediately following the STMA Youth Football Camp at the High School. Equipment 2nd/3rd graders will receive a NFL Flag jersey to keep. 4th-6th graders receive a jersey, shoulder pads, helmet, pants, & mouth guard. All pads and jerseys must be turned in by the equipment turn in date at the end of the season. Failure to do so will lead to a charge and a registration hold on your account until that charge is paid. Girls Youth Flag Football CampFootballThis camp is a great introduction for girls grades 1-6 who want to learn about the game of flag football inside the dome! Led by players and coaches of STMA's High School Flag Football team, come learn why Girls Flag Football is one of the fastest growing sports in the nation! During this camp, athletes will learn the basics of the game. This includes: rules, throwing, catching, route-running, and flag pulling. Starting SoonSTMA Youth Football CampFootballThe STMA Youth Football Camp is open to all students who will be entering 3rd-6th grade in the 2026/2027 school year. Coach Essler and varsity players will teach basic offensive and defensive football concepts and fundamentals. Players will be divided into groups based on grade. Football equipment will not be needed or issued. Football cleats are recommended, but basketball/tennis shoes will work. Participants will receive an STMA themed youth football. Register using the grade your student will be entering in the 2026/2027 school year (3rd-6th grade).Summer 2026
