Swim Lessons - Level 2 Fundamental Aquatic SkillsAquaticsParticipants learn to enter water by stepping or jumping from the side, front/back and jellyfish floats for 5 seconds, submerge and hold breath for 10 seconds, bobbing 10 times, swim for 10 feet on front and back, treading 15 seconds.Summer 2026 -
Swim Lessons - Level 3 Stroke DevelopmentAquaticsParticipants learn to jump into deep water from the side, dive from kneeling position, tread water for 30 seconds, front crawl for 15 yards, elementary backstroke for 15 yards, scissors kick for 10 yards, survival floating for 30 seconds. Swim Lessons - Level 4 Stroke ImprovementAquaticsParticipants learn headfirst entry in a stride position in 9 feet of water, swim underwater for 3-5 body lengths, tread water for 2 minutes, survival float for 1-minute, front crawl for 25 yards, breaststroke for 15 yards, butterfly for 15 yards, elementary backstroke for 25 yards, back crawl for 15 yards, side stroke for 15 yards, front and backstroke open wall turns. This class swims in the deep end.Summer 2026 -
Swim Lessons - Level 5/6 Stroke Refinement and Skill ProficiencyAquaticsParticipants learn shallow-angle dive in 9 feet of water, tuck/pike surface dives in deep end, front/backstroke flip turns, tread water for 5 minutes, front crawl for 50 yards, breaststroke for 25 yards, butterfly for 25 yards, elementary backstroke for 50 yards, back crawl for 25 yards, sidestroke for 25 yards. Participants will work on all six strokes. Front crawl 100 yards, elementary backstroke 100 yards, back crawl 50 yards, breaststroke 50 yards, sidestroke 50 yards, butterfly 50 yards, open wall turns, flip turns, survival float, feet first, tuck and pike dives in deep, tread water for 5 minutes. This class meets in the deep end.Summer 2026 -
Swim Lessons-Parent/TotAquaticsChildren 18 months to 3 years old accompanied by parent in the water. Water introduction, exploration and starting skills like floating, kicking, blowing bubbles. Children not yet toilet trained are required to wear a swimsuit diaper.Summer 2026
